Former Kroger Precision Marketing Executive to drive OAM’s growth across endemic and non-endemic brands

Orange Apron MediaATLANTA, Aug. 24, 2026 — The Home Depot, the world’s largest home improvement retailer, today announced Christine Foster will join the organization as general manager and vice president of Orange Apron Media, the company’s retail media arm, effective September 8.

In this role, Foster will lead the strategy and growth initiatives for Orange Apron Media. She will oversee OAM’s strategic direction and operations, focusing on accelerating revenue growth and expanding brand partnerships to drive measurable sales impact.

Foster brings 20 years of experience across retail media, digital marketing, content creation and media strategy to The Home Depot. She joins OAM from Kroger Precision Marketing (KPM), where she served as group vice president of commercial strategy and operations. In this role, she led the grocer’s insights, digital advertising sales, incentives and operations teams. Throughout her career, Foster has held increasing leadership positions across agency and enterprise organizations, helping brands connect business strategy with performance marketing, deliver measurable results and drive growth through innovative media solutions.

Foster will report directly to Molly Battin, senior vice president and chief marketing officer of The Home Depot.

OAM is The Home Depot’s retail media network, connecting brands with home improvement shoppers through advertising opportunities across in-store and online channels. Informed by customer insights from more than 2,300 stores and its e-commerce business, OAM enables brands to engage audiences closer to the point of purchase. Advertisers can work through managed service offerings or Orange Access, OAM’s self-service portal, to execute campaigns across DIY and Pro audiences.
